My sessions with Colleen were very productive. Colleen has a calming voice and her breathing prompts are the most helpful I have ever heard.. I felt very relaxed during, even more so after, and better able to identify the actual source of my issues. Colleen led me to my feelings without pushing or prodding. I felt like I arrived at clarity by myself because her support and process was so gentle and natural. I highly recommend Colleen and will be booking more sessions.
